Offer

This interactive workshop offers a nuts-and-bolts introduction to the benefits of engaging community members and constituents in the design of your programs, along with concrete discussion of how to integrate community accountability at every stage of program design. Can include a Part II, a customized opportunity to workshop specific strategies for your organization to build community engagement and accountability into program planning.
Making Grants Work for You
A Grantseeking 101 + workshop on how
to seek additional organizational funding while staying focused on the core work of your organization.
What Does Freedom Feel Like? Developing a Liberating Workplace Vision
An interactive workshop for organization personnel to dream together about co-creating an ever more sustaining, restorative, liberating workplace focused on collective care and shared purpose. Can be customized for all-staff retreats or smaller team meetings.
Measuring What Matters: Social Change Evaluation
Learn when, how, and why to create evaluation plans that are more than a “p.s.” or a box to check for reporting requirements. Evaluation can not only help you improve your programs, it can help you keep your work connected to your most visionary, mission-focused dreams and goals.
The Power of Sharing Power: A Workshop for Organizational Leaders
This workshop for Board and/or staff leadership discusses power-sharing in the workplace, including exploring key definitions and models, discussing common misconceptions, and exploring hopes and fears about power-sharing in your organization. Workshop concludes with a risk/benefit analysis and identification of next moves.
Beyond Best Intentions: A Workshop for White People Aspiring to Allyship*
A chance for white people to learn more about how to support BIPOC/PoGM coworkers, leaders, and constituents; how to uproot our own unintended patterns of power and privilege; and how to develop sustainable pathways to act effectively against racism now and over the long haul. Participants will deepen their understanding of how racism affects their movement, get connected to resources for ongoing self-education, and identify actions and accountability partners that will help them stay engaged in antiracist allyship. Can be expanded into a series.
* This service offered only in coordination with BIPOC/PoGM-centered, BIPOC/PoGM-led offerings. I can team up with one of the independent consultants I partner with on a coordinated offering; or, if your organization is already working with BIPOC/PoGM justice, equity, diversity, inclusion, accessibility, and belonging consultants, I am happy to round out an existing team.
