Executive leaders working to bring organizations through transformational change processes can find themselves confronted with difficult information, challenging new realities, and surprising learning curves. Through ongoing monthly or twice monthly 1:1 sessions, I support leaders supporting change by serving as a companion on the journey—part sounding board, part strategic advisor, and part accountability partner. You can do this, and you don’t have to do it alone!
Beyond Best Intentions: Antiracist Coaching for White People*
The antiracist efforts of people conditioned as white are most effective and meaningful in the context of BIPOC/PoGM-led racial justice movements. Within this larger umbrella, it can be extremely helpful for people who’ve been conditioned as white to do the open, honest work of learning and unlearning together with other people who’ve been conditioned as white, without putting Black people, Indigenous people, and people of color in the position of holding space for our process. We have our own work to do, so we can show up in ways that honor our best intentions. Coaching sessions offer a place to discuss real-life situations, build strategies and get feedback, work through what comes up as you learn more about racism, and grow your antiracist capacity in connected relationship. 1:1 or small group packages available.

I can team up with one of the independent consultants I partner with on a coordinated offering; or, if your organization is already working with BIPOC/PoGM justice, equity, diversity, inclusion, belonging, and accessibility consultants, I am happy to round out an existing team.
